Warrior/Knight Help Warrior Tank Build?

Hey, everyone, again. I've been active on this thread during the pay day but what have you, I'm here.
Recently I've been trying to understand the end/postgame meta and up my builds to be more specific and fill their roles more. What with that, I have a friend who plays often who is a warrior. They didn't want to create a thread themselves, so I'm doing it for them.

As we're probably one of the poorer postgamers, we don't have a lot of money (or luck rather) to go around, so mythics for now are out of the question, and neither of us have the patience to grind for good crafted items. I'm asking for a simple build here: An endgame tank warrior build without crafted items and without mythics.

The role my friend is trying to fulfill is basically just a tank warrior that also has like a tolerable amount of DPS. I haven't played warrior so I know next to nothing about the warrior meta, but I'm not looking for an unkillable "tree mage" type of build, I'm looking for a warrior build that has very high defenses/survivability while at least dealing a moderate amount of damage in return.

Something that can solo the Orange Cybel in under 20 minutes. We learned that the hard way.

Not much of an expert on tank builds but I can at least say that you're looking for a base weapon with either Ignition, Undying, or Praesidium. Those weapons offer decently high defense stats with Undying and Ignition giving you some hp sustain. Ignition spell spam seems to be a pretty common build I see plenty of people recommend while Praesidium will give you really tanky builds with its huge amount of hp and +50 def. Undying also seems to have a slightly lower dps compared to Ignition but could allow for a more tanky build over Ignition perhaps. Just some speculation on my part.

Of course, if you have questions about other random garble like a specific ehp and whatnot, post them, I'm certain someone will reply that will have a better idea on tank builds than I do, lol.
