Shaman/Skyseer Tachypsychia build at level

Hey all! I've just happened upon a Tachypsychia while at level but don't know what to use it with.

The best I could come up with was this,

> Sequencer
> Deux
> Post-Ultima
> Boots of Blue Stone
> Photon
> Photon
> Dragon's Eye Bracelet
> Adder Stone
> Tachypsychia

but it's level 83. (Deux could be switched for Papyrus)

and this for 85,

> Seagazer
> Tophet
> Boots of Blue Stone
> Photon
> Photon
> Dragon's Eye Bracelet
> Adder Stone
> Tachypsychia

of course at 85 I could get a silent night anyway.

So, I'd love an at-level build but would be interested in anything up to 85. Thanks in advance for suggestions!
