Mage/Dark Wizard Negative Health regeneration!

Max health regeneration is like 13k
But what about max NEGATIVE health regen
I would like to know if its possible to lower it further.

Are crafteds cheating? A little bit expensive but really not that bad considering we are running warp anyway. With highest stats its pretty similar to yours but with min rolls? If my maths is correct you can hit -24261,12. :) Hope answers your question, I reckon you can get lower but messing around with sp ain't on my to do list
