Migrating accounts

I saw on someone else's post that they had lost their items and rank after having migrated their mojang account. My launcher is saying that I can't login with my mojang account until I migrate it to a microsoft account, but of course I don't want to do that until I know that it would be safe for me to do so (1,000 hours in the game and a rank I don't want to lose).

Basically, what I'm asking is will me migrating my account cause any risks for my wynncraft progress? Has anyone else has had problems with this?

You shouldn't lose anything and it's not like you can play without migrating anyway

Well I just wanted to see if anyone else had had this issue, because I’d much rather not play for a while until a possible issue had been looked into than migrate now and risk losing everything.

By the looks of things (28 to 0) no one else has had this issue so I reckon I’ll migrate my account.

 

Migrating your account to a Microsoft one is safe afaik
They are still keeping the same uuid system, everything is basically the same so your in-game progress won't be affected by it.

From the other thread you may be referencing,
Rank issues are purchase issues not related to the migration (and the rank purchase were very recent), being put in the tutorial could mean they hadn't logged in a while, classes being gone could mean someone removed them.
Everyone has to migrate and the amount of errors or issues related to it so far on wynncraft is none.
