I lost my VIP

So after i migrated and logged on to wynncraft the game acted like i was on a new account and put me through the tutorial i also didnt have my VIP rank but i was on the same exact account and ive tried clients different versions and checked my bank its all gone.

The account connected to this profile on the forums is the one im logged into currently i also pop up on the stats twice

 

Try to email support with the proof of purchase. They might give you back the rank.

 

so i wouldnt be able to do anything about my items? or my leveled classes?

 

Unfortunately, Wynncraft staff don't do progress transfers.

I didn't have this problem when I migrated my account. Maybe you can discuss the problem with a mod?

 

Hi, I asked a dev to take a look into your account after you asked the same thing in the discord. Still waiting on their response but given as devs are ever busy they can't drop everything to take a look. I'll tell you once they reply.

discord mods really need a forums role this feels so weird
