Event item doubles , what can i do with the spare?

So during the heroes event ive gotten a second cowbel pet token and i only need one. Is there a way i can trade in the token for something of similar value or is it just gonna sit unused in my pet box forever?

 

sit unused unless you get 5 rare cosmetics, then you can scrap your rare cosmetics for 1 epic cosmetic

 

yeah unforchaently what Androphonia said, it does suck that you cant do anything with the double untill you get 5 of the same teir (and from the same event)
