Assassin/Ninja How much Ms do I need for spell Assassin?

So I wanted to go for a build like this that I found

And I have a good roll black but it’s not a max ms roll. For this to work do I need the max 10 Ms total, or if not how much ms do u generally need to play spell assassin effectively?

 

i guess for that build 9ms minimal, 10 would be ideal
you can use adrenaline instead to get more comfortable with the mana rolls

 

Dang, my black is 2/4 ms and max ms on everything else, so close
