Shaman/Skyseer Help Looking for a Good Shaman Build(no mythic)

I need a shaman build that can solo everything. Decent survivability, good damage, all that good stuff. If you want to know my current build, here it is.(It is an interesting build, don't judge me)

This build is good, don't get me wrong, but I can't do enough damage because of the 4 aura cost.

 

Need some parameters here. Mythics? LI/Hive? Budget?
