Shaman/Skyseer Basically, I want spell power and a lot of it

Little budget restrictions (Just nothing that would make Jeff Bezos bankrupt)
No level Restrictions
can be tanky but not necessary
Just as much spell damage as possible without compromising being alive

(Immolation spellsteal, taken straight from the OP Mythic Builds thread. This build has crafteds and may be pretty expensive though. )
