Store Issue

So my younger brother uses my computer to play games. he was a long time Wynncraft player. he recently (october-ish 2021) got banned for a Store Chargeback.

I recently started playing Wynncraft with my friends during my spring break. I saw that there was an event going on, so I went to the store to get the 3 free hero crates, and my monthly crate.
I clicked on the button and it asked for my username, then went straight back to the store home page, without any other verification. the checkout says theres no items in my cart.

Its been 2 days since I first tried to get my crates and nothings happened. Ive tried about 2 dozen times, and the same thing happens.

What's going on? Is there a way that they IP banned my computer because my brother got banned for store chargeback? Ive contacted the Support email but havent gotten a response yet. Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah if you could do this for my monthly and the 3 free hero crates, that would be awesome. It must be that my computer/network is IP Banned
