Defective Rarity

Does anyone know anything about the defective rarity in the Trade Market? I couldnt find anything about it in the wiki or on Youtube. For context: the defective rarity is an item which can only be found in the trade market, if you search for rarity and then order by most expensive. it doesnt show, if you just tipe out defective rarity.

 

A "Defective" item is purely a prefix, as is "Perfect". The only purpose of the prefix is to identify the item as having the minimum statistics in each of the bonuses on the ring, the Rarity for example has the lowest possible Soul Point Regen (+2%), Loot Bonus (+4%) and XP Bonus (+4%) for the ring. The reason it is uncharacteristically expensive is because the chance of getting an item with the lowest possible value for each bonus on the ring is extremely unlikely.
