requirements:
1. no other mythic
2. no crafteds
3. have greed/rots/iipulse as sustain
4. have scarlet veil
can ignore scarlet if its not possible

Okie dokie, it is very much possible to have a Scarlet Veil+Apoc+RotS but anything else for a hp sustain is probably a bad idea and probably isn't really viable.
