Warrior/Knight Help Zephra Shredder Build

I've been drafting this build to use on my warrior due to my current one giving me... Unideal performance... (hint its supposed to be a spell spam build). So I started with making this Fast hybrid one here:

Any recommendations for general improvement on this or suggestions for any other kind of build?
Ideally with this one specifically I would like to lessen the mana costs in some form without extremely hindering the draft's ehp, damage, walkspeed, or health sustain (this one has just enough to use RotS)
Only real limitations are the weapon choice (unless you have a better fitting air damage spear to use that isn't the mythic spears) and while Crafted and mythic boots are fine to use I don't have means to obtain specific crafted gear due to lack of profs and the unlikelihood exactly what I'm looking for showing up randomly on TM so.. as well as taking time to earn enough in the mythic case.

Appreciate the builds they look great all around. Personally rooting for the intless spell with hp sustain as I unintentionally turn all my classes away from using intelligence somehow...

On a sorta related unrelated note in regards to warrior non mythics for tstack/cancelstack/rawstack melee, spell, hybrid, heavy melee etc. What should the typical damages for each be?

 

the damages really vary based on what build you use and how much focus is put into ehp and sustain

 

tstack around 25k
cstack and rawstack are the same for all classes, but on warrior you have skien's madness which hits a high of 35k but usually around 20k

spell you're aiming for 11k-15k uppers
hm 17k damage hit
hybrid is a bit harder to gauge but 10-15k melee dps and 7-10k upper?

all of these maintaining 30k+ ehp and some form of sustain

 

Tstack 18k+ dps
Heavy melee 15k+ hit
Rawstack 15k+ dps
Cancelstack no
Hybrid 8k+ dps (fast) 8k+ hit (heavy)
Spells depend on each class
Ass. 6k+ spins
Warr. 10k+ upper
Arch. 20k+ storms
Mag. 12k+ meteor
Sha. 8k+ aura
