    I have taken quite the break from wynncraft and just now came back. I am wondering if there has been any changes in the meta while i was gona and if there has been added any new items that i should know about.

    I dont think the meta changed much since you went away. The newest items are the lvl100+ mythics. Ah, time rift's powder special recast got removed.
