Video Half Level Wynncraft

All weapons, armor, stat points and potions I use during this challenge must be either half of or below my level: For example, if I'm a level 50, I may only use level 25 or below gear. My stat points are not halved, I am using the stat points equal to what a level 25 would have. If I hit level 63 for example, half of 63 is 31.5 so rounding up, I am effectively a level 32. This goes for potions too, level 15 health pots at level 30 and level 35 stat pots at level 70.

My goal is to beat every dungeon in Wynn, with the exception of forgery, and possibly AHC too: I'd like to do every dungeon solo at least once but if it comes down to it, I may need some help since most things late game will damage wall me.

I'm also limiting myself to level caps for each dungeon: The soft level cap being the recommended dungeon level (36 for SST) and the hard level cap being the boss level (Hashr, level 45). Hard level cap will be used after failing the soft level cap multiple times when I've decided it physically isn't possible with the restriction.
