Any Profession Negative skill point reqs... are actually enforced?

    Hi everyone,
    So I was working with crafteds in some builds, and I came across something funny - negative skill point reqs for crafted items are actually enforced, for example:

    (The relik requires -60 strength, and Dragon Dance takes away 99, so the strength gets set to -60).
    This isn't a big deal, just something funny I thought I'd share - I'm sure technically given a very specific set of circumstances it could screw someone over, but for now it's just funny.
