Mage/Dark Wizard Help Exploding build..?

Could i get a exploding build? I would like the helmet to be Scarlet Veil(for the majorid). I want at least like idk above 95% exploding and good exploding/melle dmg(also no negative hpr pls). No mythics/crafteds. Level of items can be up to 106(like it can be any level). Also dont worry i wont be using this as a build to do stuff like eo or something it will just be used for fun(also no negative ws pls). Thanks!

 

Well this one was an interesting thing to create but I have a couple I think. The only real problem is that they don't have as high of an exploding as you mentioned but it is at around the high 80's so close enough. Do take them with a grain of salt a bit since I am not as adept with wizard builds as I am with warrior builds but since it's explosive impact, I thought I'd give it a try.

This one is more of a damage dealer rather than a tanky build. While it isn't going to get anywhere near the damage of a Singularity tierstack, it's at least okay I think for using just legendary and fabled items. The big thing you have to watch out for with this build and the other one down below is to get high rolls on the exploding id, a really high hpr% on Nether's Scar, and good rolls on the -hpr% on items such as Faustian Contract, Physalis, Second Wind, etc. so you can still counteract the -hpr% but maintain it at a manageable level.

This next one sacrifices some damage for defensibly. While it may not be a heavy hitter, you will at least be able to tank more damage when compared to the one above. Of course, watch the id rolls as mentioned above.
