Hotfix 1.20.4 - Hotfix #4

Welcome the official changelog for the 1.20.4 hotfix #4, we've been pushing updates continuously throughout the past weeks. Addressing many bug fixes, this hotfix aims to improve the overall stability of quests, content, and gameplay features. Most of the changes that will be cited here are already available inside the game, we have been monitoring their repercussions for the last few days and polishing before releasing the official changelog.

Full Changelog:
- Fixed Sorcery Major Identification recasting Powder Specials
- Transferred Territories will now be blocked from being attacked for 10 minutes
- The attack price for territories will no longer increase if the defender loses multiple territories (Territory Pity)
- Reduced the frequency of Recruit a Friend messages
- Fixed players being invisible to others after joining the game on certain conditions
- Improved performance on multiple points
- Fixed Recruit a Friend invites expiring incorrectly at certain conditions
- Fixed /fixquests looking for items in the player bank for Ironman Characters
- Fixed Block entities leaving client-side ghosts at certain conditions
- Fixed dialogues kicking players at certain conditions
- Fixed signs not dropping properly on housing
- Fixed Recruit a Friend rewards not being dispatched correctly on certain conditions
- Fixed Tomes being unequipped on certain conditions
- Fixed the server crashing on certain conditions
- Fixed the spell casting timer not resetting after each click (casting spells should be easier)
- Updated world restart messages to be more friendly to new players
- Made multiple changes to Star Thief in order to make the quest flow more linearly
- Added a failsafe to Taproot to avoid players getting stuck between stages 9 and 12
- Added a failsafe to A Hunter's Calling Corkus stage
- Added a failsafe to A Hunter's Calling Last Mission stage
- Fixed the dialogue in the Desert Quick Sand discovery having a delay
- Fixed the Beanstalk teleport on The Fortuneteller
- Fixed Taproot rewards not being properly delivered in specific conditions
- Added a failsafe to Aldorei's Secret Part I stage 6
- Added a failsafe to Realm of Light IV - Finding the Light at the Light Tree stage
- Fixed multiple typos on Arachnids' Ascent
- Added multiple failsafes to Arachnids' Ascent
- Fixed multiple dialogues in The Hero of Gavel
- Fixed typos on Realm of Light I - The Worm Holes
- Fixed multiple bugs on A Hunter's Calling Olux stage
- Fixed players being able to access a restricted area on A Journey Further
- Fixed players sometimes being teleported above the map on The Dark Descent
- Added multiple failsafes to Realm of Light III - A Headless History stage 13
- Fixed multiple bugs on WynnExcavation Site B
- Added failsafe to The Hive to prevent the player from glitching through the floor
- Fixed Maxie's dialogue not working properly at stage 8 of The Envoy Part II
- Fixed a dialogue not being triggered correctly on Out of My Mind
- Fixed a typo on WynnExcavation Site D
- Added failsafes to Acquiring Credentials stages 1 and 13
- Added a failsafe to The Sewers of Ragni TNT stage
- Fixed multiple map issues with the Corrupted Infested Pit Dungeon
- Fixed some incorrect behaviors with the Tree Stage at the tutorial
