i was SO confused with the title, do u mean 25 stx or 25 le...
but theres someone faster than me so anyways
only crafted leggings/boots/accessories can provide loot quality (a stat that can increases the chances of rarer loot from loot chests) so crafted is necessary for a lr build

you can buy crafted items from trade market or order someone who has high profs level to craft it for you

loot quality is very important when it comes to lootrunning and it's only from crafteds

also make sure you have 80+ loot bonus and 40+ loot quality

 

Not 100+ loot bonus, 80 is enough

you can use morph if no crafteds I guess
