texture pack won't load?

    texture pack won't load on both my wynntils client and just vanilla minecraft.

    I have the wynncraft resource packs enabled. I have a server-resource-packs in my .minecraft folder.Downloaded texture packs from other servers work fine. Just wynncraft's doesn't work. Any ideas?
