Mage/Dark Wizard Help Koh build

I would like a King of Hearts build, nothing too special just good healing and maybe something like walkspeed as well. Level of items can be up to 97(no crafted/hive items please). Idk what else to say so yea. Thanks!(also good mana regen so i can do heal infinitly).

 

If you are still 97, get a normal build with koh as secondary so you can do the endgame content
