What's the best way to get runes

Read the title, I just want to know the best way to get lots of runes quickly.

If anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated

 

kill avias in corkus province
hit the uth shrine smack dab in the middle of the avos village
right click on the beacon beam with your avia feather
complete the shrine/kill the boss at the end and get 4-6 uth runes

repeat as many times as you need to

there's a tol converter in the silent expanse after you complete the quest "the olmic rune" you can hit too to turn your uth runes into tol

for nii runes you're kind of out of luck do raids with tol and uth for nii
