hello i have various art today but the "main focus" is the garaheth redesign im slowly chipping away at

art 1 is the first sketch i did of it, art 2 is a cleaner version where i messed with the colors. i think the colors in art 1 and some design aspects are better but what are u gonna do about it. ill work on it.
the original design for garaheth is incomprehensible so i gave up in trying to accurately do that. hes a dragon for now

i rarely do proper references like this (because they suck to do) but i did one for like. the one i think about the least. this is tamarind and i made him for the sole purpose of wielding panic zealot (i havent got there ingame quite yet)


these two. i want to make a comic (short or not) based around these two and im close to coming up with an interesting start. but currently my drawing pen needs new nibs so im stuck sketching for now so enjoy my piss poor attempt at doing details

im in a slump art wise so who knows when ill be back. perhaps tomorrow perhaps in like 5 months again who knows!

Your Garaheth iterations aren't ugly and scary enough but the artwork is stunning regardless; the same for your other pieces

 

thank you! but honestly thank you for this i think the ugly part is what i was missing. designing that thing is so hard been trying 4 months

We literally took the original skin and just...smoothed it out. It was disorganized pixel spam rather than coherent textures and you couldn't tell where her dress ended and her actual body began. This is just about the same as before, just better-defined???

ok but your garaheth design is really cool and i like the colors on both of the drawings you have for him. were the blue spines on his head and tail supposed to be like ribbons?
also i love your qira design she seems (respectfully) up to no good :)
also the rose dress is literally??? flawless??? i've stared at it for like 15 minutes and i still can't get over the ruffles and the cascading petals into full roses!
your art enlightens my day again! :D
