Assassin/Ninja Lvl 70 Build Help!

I am somewhat new to the game (even tho i am lvl 70 i just started playing like a few weeks ago), and need some help on a good build for lvl 70. Budget 2-3 LE.

Base Intelligence: 23
Base Defence: 27
Base Agility: 29
Weapons: Olux's Prized Daggers, Karabiner, Air Relic Daggers, Kitten Claw
Rings: Guardian Loop, Photon
Bracelet: Trinket

If you can lvl up a bit, at lvl75 there is the awesome champion set (you get it by beating ToA)

 

Yeah, I know about Champion Armor

But the ToA is a hard quest with a lvl 100-110 floor :/

dont think of the lv 100+ mobs in ToA as actual lv 100+ mobs

those numbers dont mean anything, you're meant to be able to clear ToA at 75

 

Oh ok, it threw me off, I thought it was something I'd be doing until lvl 105.
So Imma get a guy to clear the ToA with me, because I think Champion Armor is very good
