where is the hidden city for eltom access (so useful)

 

Pretty sure RoL 1 gives you access to a resource cave in Olux

 

to get from Eltom to thesead it should be a very small hole in the mayors office in thesead after you do the quest

 

I meant that as "where is eltom in quest exclusive areas"
I noticed it as an entry in fast travel but since you repeated the envoy 2 multiple times I assume you aren't just avoiding repetition

you should add a section for quests that gives items that required for another quest (e.g. temple of legends that requires items from previous quests) and questlines (such as realm of light questline)
