Random DMG I don't have neg health regen

I Take Damage Even Though I Have +25% Health Regen

 

1. Are you carrying a weapon that gives you bonus health?
That might be what's causing you to take random "damage" when you swap it to another item
2. You have negative life steal
3. You're just not paying attention when getting hit by random little mobs

 

do you have -raw hpr?

 

My max hit points are the same while my hit points are dropping, In [ Character Info -> "PlayerName"s Info -> ID Bonuses ] Health Regen is +25% and I'm not near any mobs that could attack me.

What is -raw hpr?

 

there's two types of health regen. raw health regen will show as '+25 Health Regen' in your item tooltip, whilst percent health regen will show as '+25% Health Regen'. raw health regen is the one that actually changes your health; percent increases or decreases the raw. for example, +25% hpr might turn -100 raw hpr into -75 overall hpr, but the overall hpr is still negative.
