Resource Pack Rone's Classic Pack - Pre-Gavel Recreation (Vanilla Textures)

Hello, do you miss the days before Gavel? Before the custom "Wynnpack" was added? If so, this is the texture pack for you. My goal was to recreate modern Wynncraft using purely vanilla textures. The only thing that was left untouched is Orphion, because I don't even have a clue where I'd start with that. However, everything else has been recreated using vanilla textures only, even if a few "cheats" are used.

I've made two versions, one that preserves the cosmetic items such as weapon and hat skins, and another that also reverts those cosmetics to their vanilla forms. Feel free to use either.

I wanna say a special thanks to @Gustaf for his vanilla pack which inspired my own, and to @Kiocifer, for answering the occasional question I threw his way. I also wanna say thank you to all of my pals who put up with me in VC talking about my texture pack as I was making it.

I'm interested and scared at the same time. I remember absolutely hating the Wynnpack when it came out, but I'm not sure how it'd feel to play without it after so much time passed. Nice job though!

I love this resource pack, it gives me all these nostalgic vibes from my beginnings on Wynncraft.
For me as an old player from back then, this is the perfect resource pack. I love it!

I hope you will update this resource pack whenever a new Wynncraft version comes out, to keep this great work up to date.

So are vantablock just bricks, dirt slabs brick slabs, dark stone variants normal stone, and molten coal oak wood?

 

no, vantablock is black concrete, dirt slabs are spruce slabs, dark stone is a whole buncha blocks including gray concrete, dark primarine, and gray wool. molten rock is just the magma block from vanilla.
