I need some help with my account

So in order to migrate my account to the new Microsoft system i had to change my account completely effectively having to buy a new one, and as much as that doesn't really bother me, I have bought ranks on that account and would like to get them back, if need be I can provide everything in private

 

I read some other forums and the answer is that you can't bring over any progress but you can bring over bought ranks.
