... I've never seen this before. Fshot hilt is only good in heavy spell or tierstack
I main fshot tierstack, I just love how tanky it is and how good the damage is. Here is the build that I use, and I'm able to easily beat LI.

(nether's scar needs like a green+ roll on hpr just to keep it above 100% so you don't lose hp over time.

 

Seeing no greed on a tstack build makes me sad

 

tried it, hated it

 

comes with absolutely no sustain so you can die of skill issue in death's boss fight!!!!1!!1!1!
