Archer/Hunter Tanky Divzer build?

Yea I wanna try something different. Requirements is no other mythic and crafted. If mythic boots is necessary than I prefer it to be under 1 stx.
The tankiest build I currently found on OP mythic thread is this:

kinda high tome requirements but I'll get there someday...
What rolls I need for demon tide to reach the spell cost shown in the build?

 

You need atleast -34% 1st spell and -26% on 3rd spell

Edit: You can also swap out one of the diamond solar rings for a static ring to get rid of the tome requirement only shaving off around 2kehp (but also gaining quite a bit of damage)

Use Photon instead of Darksteel Ring for walk speed

 

how much ms do i need for divzer? fyi i usually need at least 8/5 mr for cycling arrowstorm-bomb
