The Order of Grook Quest Unable to Complete

I just started on The Order of the Grook quest and when I want to the mage teacher on the docks I started loading but crashed midway and now the NPC will not show up and the game thinks im in the next stage even though Im stuck at the docks. I tried reloading, changing lobbies, and everything else I can think of. I need help.

 

if it thinks youre on the next stage, just jump into the water at the end of the docks to see if it tp's you

 

Make sure you aren’t skipping the docks, especially with movement spells. The trigger for the ship to appear is on the docks itself, so you don’t want to miss it.
