Favorite quest/quest storyline

Hey everyone!

I have lately really into reading all of the quests in the game, and the storylines that go with them and I am wondering which one is everyone else's favorite and why. You can answer a single quest (like Ice Nations) or a questline (like all five Realm of Light quests).

My personal favorite is actually the Realm of light quests because there is so much detail and neat cutscenes and they build off each other nicely.

Point of no return.
Such a unique quest, and is really fun to do when it doesnt bug out. When it does though...

A hunters calling is a also a pretty nice quest albeit long.

 

Forbidden Prison
It's pretty much just a really scaled up and amazing version of misadventure on the sea
The stealth parts are fun to do and it's interesting how you can get different rewards depending on what you do throughout the quest. The lore with the soul extraction and the whole connection between Dullahan and the prison is also pretty cool.

 

Dwarves and Doguns was a great story.

Grookwarts was really funny.

 

Yeah I loved the story of that questline too and the ultimate discovery for molten heights made it even better.

I think grookwarts is the best in terms of playability because of all the different classes you can chose each time, also the creepy dern creature easter egg during the quest is a really neat addition.

 

Realm of Light and Point of no Return were really great, I loved the characters in both of them

100% best quest no doubt

 

The Wynnexcavation is my favourite questline still, it is nowhere near as well made as the modern ones but it's super nostalgic for me. I remember recreating the whole thing in a Mario Maker fangame and it obviously looked like nothing but it was still great for me at the time. I still think the twist villain is good even after all these years.

My favorite is probably the road to dern quests. (Journey Beyond, Further, Eldritch Outlook, Hunter's Calling)

 

Does Theorick's stuff all count as a questline? I suppose not, but I really like those quests. I also like the early game quests like Tunnel Trouble and Deja Vu

On a bit unrelated note, my least fav questline is DnD, I hate it so much

 

Beyond the Grave most likely, not too bad gameplay and great jokes.

Though it should be noted that great lore is in secret discoveries too

 

Lexdale Witch Trials is probably my new favourite quest in Gavel; it's got the kind of storytelling that works perfectly with the active-but-silent protagonist. (The possibility that you are the only surface-dweller to even know about the Tunnel Dwellers' existence before they go extinct...)

Honourable mentions for A Hunter's Calling, Point of No Return, The Feathers Fly, and The Hero of Gavel, too.
