Heres the build that I used. Mana may be a little bit low, so you could change tenuto for eyes on all in this build

tbh is 9000 health and only 39 health regen enough for around lvl 100 assassin?
And also can the build be used in raid runs or do I need another build for that?

 

Well when ur 99 u can use black which is the meta of spell spam assassin weapon.

its not enough to sustain, the 39 hpr is just there cuz draoi has -1 spin cost, use pots to heal
you can use it, but i really recommend getting lvl100 before that and change to a good build
