ok lemme do some math, 6 seconds = 2400 hp, with ls 3 seconds is 600 hp, that means ls is half as effective as okr, also if u die in apoc SKILL ISSUE, also powde rarmor

where does those numbers come from?
have you ever did li, eo and raids with apoc to know how much skill you need to survive?
and powdering armor in your build will only make ele defs go around -200, also endurance will not be very effective becouse you take way less hits from agility, making it harder to keep it up

Have you ever used Apoc? The life steal is increadibly unreliable when used with Tier stack.

Some issues with (solely) relying on Apoc LS when using a tier stack build:
1)Since you are tier stacking you have 8% of a chance per melee to trigger LS (Same as Stealing/OKR if you are using Centipede). While this also means that you could be going on insane streaks of LS proccing every a few hits, especially when fighting through several mobs, this also means that you could be going through dry streaks of not getting LS. And even though Apoc builds can get very high eHP and could make up for their (comparably) lower damage when accounting for other classes/builds, you still can't make yourself invulnerable to most of the mobs in TCC. Especially that both of the builds mentioned in the thread (Which are good builds, don't get me wrong) have negative either Earth or Air defenses, which further gimp your survivability in a way (Again not that major, but still)

2)Life Steal is assuming you are actually in the melee range since I believe that War Scream no longer triggers LS. While for the most part this is not an issue, there are plenty of ranged mobs in TCC and sometimes you will be needing to remain stationary. Unless the mobs come up to you, you will have to either put down Apoc (e.g. to use a pot if you are dying) or swap to a secondary to not lose out from the Health Regen (With some builds I would carry a Praesidium or a Harwrol). So there are possible scenarios where you straight up cannot use life steal - which is why OKR is useful. While your spells will not trigger life steal, they can spread Poison around (Nether's Scar is popular in Apoc builds and it gives poison), which then can activate stealing to generate some emeralds for OKR. While at times you will still be unable to move to pick those up, you will have a head start with the Emeralds compared to waiting for LS to activate once you melee.

3)These a bit of a nitpick, but I think worth mentioning nevertheless:

    a) Especially during the actual boss fight, OKR makes you a bit more supportive to the group, since aside from spamming Courage you can actually heal your teammates up a bit
    b) Plenty of Apoc builds don't have a lot of LS items besides the Apoc itself, so most of the builds will have between 500-1250 LS excluding tomes. Most builds will also have between 10-15k hp, so unless you are stacking LS, Greed heals you more per activation than LS
    c) If you otherwise don't need the Ring slots for more important features like getting attack speed tiers, what else are you going to put on, then? I'd risk saying most of the Rings that you'd otherwise be putting in the build to get more eHP/dmg/skill points would benefit you less overall than access to Greed

I might not be the correct person to speak, as at times I focus on eHP too much for my own good, but IMO okr is still very much worth considering on Apoc
