Restarting

I recently made a new character, is it possible for me to clear out my bank from past characters? (Don't wanna be tempted to use all of those items)

 

if u want to get emeralds blacksmith all the gear, throw away quest items by filling up your inventory then replace it by holding an item in ur cursor, combine powders to sell on trade market or just throw them away.
if u really dont want anything even emeralds u can just throw all of them away.

 

you can also play on ironman mode, which will make it impossible to use the things you have in bank
