still softlocked in Realm of Light II - taproot, any helps here?

Several months ago I filed a bug report about what happened to me here, and it was moved to resolved reports.

I believe that they fixed this problem (other people won't be experiencing this), but I am still soft locked in the exact stage I was mentioning in the thread. How could I deal with this situation then?

Thank you for your help, I really want to do RoL with my peaceful rest mage :(
