I tried but heavy spell sucks lol. might work against the eye since smokebomb will get its full damage but other than that idk

 

You're right: for the most part heavy spell sucks because there aren't any real heavy spell items besides Ambivalence and Ambivalence is pretty stinky. Additionally we don't have great "mana sink' items - you're likely to see Brainwash in every single heavy spell build.

tested and true heavy spell. LI qualifies and the eye of course; questionable performance in TCC boss but fine in rooms

+1 (but only to the grim build, cata build will give you pain probably. i think. doesn't have proper tierdrop, tenuto > metamorphosis, swap agave for mana
