Assassin/Ninja Help Help, lvl 84, looking for a good spell build or tank build :D

I'm a lvl 84 assassin, I'm looking for a build that has a lot of spell damage or is really tanky? preferably anything below lvl 90?

At endgame assassin, I recommend using heavy melee to unlock everything, as it can pretty much solo everything.

Then you can pretty much use whatever you want
spellsteal is cool
tierstack is good
and so is heavy melee
