Archer/Hunter Help Need help for sleet build

About 3 days ago, I discovered a bow called Sleet and want to make a build around it. I am currently level 86 and was using Champion set and Bob's Mythic Bow.
Can anyone suggest me good sp distribution, armor, powder, etc please?

I sold my Maelstrom before gavel update because it wasn't very good then. I figured Sleet's huge spell dmg and raw damage would be a greath match for my button mashing playstyle.

 

comparing sleet with torrential tide
sleet has access to powder slots, ttide doesnt
ttide has a lot of intel, sleet doesnt
sleet has slow as attk speed, better than ttides super fast for powder charging and ls
ttide doesnt have -hpr that sleet has
sleet has lower base dmg than ttide and needs dex
