Sets the weather to rain. Of course, due to the barrier roof, it only darkens the sky.
It still makes it rain in places without a roof, like the housing plot (although kind of redundant) and the poor people place outside Almuj (it makes it snow actually, because it’s a cold biome, and this is because santa makes it snow there at the end of Meaningful Holiday).
Unless the barrier roof is ever reworked to something else (like a giant hitbox that teleports you back down) it won’t do much in the overworld.
It can be combined with the Dark Shroud to create an entirely pitch black sky though, if you’d ever want that.
