Charm of the Stone not dropping from raid chest

    Soo, the title is self-explanatory.
    I did around 7 runs of colossus and haven't gotten the charm (yet?)
    I couldn't find any good info on the drop rate - some people say it drops only once from the first raid chest you ever open, others say it drops multiple times.
    Maybe someone here could clarify this for me.

    it has a % chance to drop, and once you get it, you never get another one
