Shaman/Skyseer Help Aftershock build help

Before I purchase my aftershock I want to make sure that I have a build that multiple people think is good/decent. Here is a couple I am looking at.

The problem I am facing is that if I aim for DPS I sacrifice my defence and also gain negative health regen. Are there any ways I may improve these builds? Alternatives would also be appreciated.

 

The last one looks pretty good for my taste
Also, for the one with -hpr, just use darksteel ring instead of summa (you need guild tome anyway)

 

The last one looks really balance and really good (at least you have usable ehp in raids)
