I looked at the wynncraft fandom wiki and their assassin guide, and came across this:

It says that mana steal has a chance of activating on hit, and that that chance depends on your weapons attack speed. After I looked more into it I couldn't find anything else on this. Does anyone have any number on this? Or is this outdated/wrong? Thanks in advance

"Your weapon's attack speed is what affects your chance of procing ms/ls, the values are as follows (ty toy)

    Attack speed hits per second:
    • Super Fast: 4.3
    • Very Fast: 3.1
    • Fast: 2.5
    • Normal: 2.05
    • Slow: 1.5
    • Very Slow: 0.83
    • Super Slow: 0.51

    Chance for life steal/mana steal:
    • Super Fast: 5.8%
    • Very Fast: 8.1%
    • Fast: 10%
    • Normal: 12.2%
    • Slow: 16.6%
    • Very Slow: 30.1%
    • Super Slow: 49%

If you hit multiple enemies at once, you have a chance to proc ms/ls more than once, which is why it's great with things like chain lightning. And yes, it should work in duels."
