Assassin/Ninja Help Oblivion vs cataclysm?

I would like to do a ton of dps while being tanky enough but idk what to use

 

none of them can achieve actual tanky builds
not sure, but i think cata still gets more dmg than oblivion

 

cata more dps than oblivion by a good amount, and oblivion is a weird more lunar spine ish playstyle

 

What does "tanky enough" mean in this context? I assume TWF?

 

I think not being super glassy, so yea TWF
Maybe +30k ehp?
