Ok this is a pretty powerful crafted spear. I'd put it as a spear that is more powerful than a legendary spear but not quite as powerful as a mythic. Kinda out of curiosity, I put it in some builds that I have made before out of curiosity. These are rainbow builds because that's mostly my area of expertise but also this spear is kind of a rainbow spear though you could also classify it as an EW spear.

So all in all, not too bad and that's just me just slapping it into a build so it could possibly be made better with the right build.
