Shaman/Skyseer Cryoseism vs. Overdrive

So i've seen some pretty good builds with both, and i wanted to know, what are the main differences between the builds for either one (the builds ive seen have been 40-48k ehp, 8-13k auras.) Also, if you know any good builds with either, feel free to suggest them.

The main differences are:

Overdrive has a low base damage which is boosted by its huge raw and % spell damage whereas Cryo has a high base to begin with.

Cryo has access to the powder special Curse whereas Overdrive does not

Overdrive can be used in cancelstack builds and therefore also fast hybrid because of its 3 bonus tiers of attack speed.

Cryo is monoelemental and Overdrive is bielemental so Cryo builds have the potential to be tankier by specialising in WF for example.

Both reliks are meta in spell builds though.

 

ok ty. i think ill try some builds with both cuz i do like tankier builds and curse is rlly nice but also a hybrid overdrive build sounds pretty good

overdrive usually gets more aura dmg at the cost of not having access to powder special
cryo has powder special access, but usually lower aura dmg

 

Ok honestly, I HATE cryoseism, but I think that Overdrive is alright. My favorite are Royal Hydrangea and Lumina so that you have more options in your mind.
