Shaman/Skyseer Panic Zealot Build

I got the following panic zealot with -129% 3rd spell cost:

I was wondering if there are any good spell steal or spell spam builds for panic zealot. This is what I'm currently thinking:

You made 2 mistakes by setting the level to 1 and customized the item wrongly. In 105 it should look like this

idk how you gonna do with rest of the sp but this is too bad for a spell build

 

You messed up a little with setting up the build but that's not a problem. I don't think you need to go out of your way by making a CI.

I gave a go at boosting the damage to better match the EHP by slapping Brainwash (for the mana sustain as well) but it nukes skill point requirements thanks to Hephaestus-Forged Sabatons; requiring x2 cosmic tomes AND a guild tome so unfortunately it's impractical:

Conclusion: I think your original build is the best you can achieve with Ambivalence for TFA spell. There arent great ways to substitute better mana sustain without hurting the build too much. We need more mana sinks like Brainwash in the item pool.
