I'm stuck in the loading zone

So while doing the "Misadventure on the Sea" questline the cutscene where the 2 boats approach each other started to loop and eventually glitched out. I'm teleported to the next area but the dialog of the Boat cutscene still played thus I'm stuck in the Talking position. I decided to quit to see if it'll help. and that's what happens. Please help or forward it to someone that can help.

 

Try doing /kill when you have more than 6 soul points
