Classes not deleting instantly despite having champion rank

I really like deleting classes and restarting without using any of my previously generated items/wealth. I bought champion entirely for the bomb bell and the ability to instantly delete classes because most of my slots are filled with max/close to max/old and nostalgic save files. Instant deletion had been working great except today I went to delete two classes (and fyi I had 14/14 classes before this so I could just make a different one) and they are taking time to delete (45 minutes and 9 hours). I specifically payed real life money, for a feature advertised as instant class deletion, and now the feature isn't working. pictures:
