if your 20le budget excludes requested mythics then it's most likely feasible. forced 15k agiless ehp since there's no way a rev would drop below 15k standard ehp.

preferences: Must use Hero. Must have very high ehp without agi (like 40k with war scream, but if that's not feasible, that's ok, I want atleast 30k though). I want something that's mostly tanky (prolly not with high hpr though cuz I want to be able to utilize major ID) that has non-trivial damage output. And no ridiculously high ele defs either, I want it to be usable in saviour's sacrifice mode

Well, I'll take a stab at this a bit though I don't guarantee that the one I will have made is as good as what someone else is probably gonna suggest.

First, I'll go with the one by DeltaWave from the OP Mythic Builds thread. It fits your requirements I think though the only thing that could throw it off a bit is the 440 ls from Soulflare but it does have pretty cheap spell costs

And then my attempt. It's got similar specks to Delta's though the 2 differences is that mine has no health sustain but the mana costs for bash and uppercut are 2 and 3 respectively. To try to counteract it, the mr+ms on it is 16. If you don't feel like running LI for 2 DHRings, then you could replace one of them with Moon Pool Circlet for similar results.
